Greyhound
Daily connections to and from Santa Barbara with San Francisco and Los Angeles, the journeys are respectively 7 hours and 2.5/3 hours long.
Moving around in Santa Barbara
Downtown-Waterfront Shuttle, small electric bus connecting Upper Street to the beach. Another shuttle from the beach continues to the West Beach Area and the East Beach Area along the waterfront.
MTD, Metropolitan Transit District – bus lines covering the whole Santa Barbara County including Goleta and the Airport
Santa Barbara Trolley Company – private tram service covering all tourist spots and hotels. This service is rather slow, one trolley every hour, and only runs from 10am to 5pm
Bicycle or roller skates hire, it is the best way to get around in Santa Barbara. Many places offer bike hire for around 20$ a day.
